Your payment is held by the platform, not sent to the seller. It is released only after you confirm the part arrived working. Dead on arrival, wrong item or no delivery means a full automatic refund.
For sellers
You see paid orders before shipping, so you never ship unpaid. The buyer has a confirmation window; after it, release is automatic. Test before you ship and the vault always opens.
What the platform is
TurbineBay is the vault and the referee, never the owner of the part. Warranty terms are declared by each seller on each offer.
